Singapore: 2-4 business days via Singpost ( AM Mail / Registered / Smartpac Mail ). Please leave us your handphone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem.

Overseas : This will depend on the destination.

Any customs duty/tax/ shipping charges will have to be borne by the overseas customer.

We deliver Monday to Friday, 9am to 9 pm Singapore time. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

Re-delivery

When it comes to delivering your order, we hope that it will go without a hitch. If we have attempted to deliver your order but there was nobody to sign/receive it, then we will email you.

Re-delivery will be made once we have arranged with you a day that is convenient for both parties.

Due to a high volume of orders, we may have to move your delivery to the next available business day.

SkintechMD won’t be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control if delivery is delayed. In these situations, we will make every effort to get in contact and notify you and to make alternative arrangements

Outside Singapore : Yes. You will receive a Singapore Post tracking number once you have placed an order on Skintechmd.

If you would like to pick up your order at Khatib, Yishun or Ngee Ann City, Singapore , please email us at skintechmd@gmail.com and we will arrange a meeting time with you.
Because we work quickly to ship you your order, it is usually not possible for us to alter it once it enters our system. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your payment, please do a quick check to ensure everything is correct and to your satisfaction, and of course, you can always reach us at +65 9006 8806 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment.

No, you can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:
